Tofu Ricotta
1 package (250 gms) tofu
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1?8 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1?8 cup lemon juice
1?8 cup soymilk
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until fairly smooth. Refrigerate till served or used in a recipe.
